As a society, we have not been raised to handle emotions well and unfortunately have been taught to keep them out of the workplace environment entirely.
Enter the Enneagram…
What is it?
A system that describes our human personality as several interconnected personality types each with their own set of potential strengths and weaknesses.
The goal of this system is to better understand ourselves and our underlying motivations so that we can make the most of our strengths, address our weaknesses and rise to our full potential as leaders and human beings in the world.
There’s a lot of wisdom and instinctual intelligence inside of each of us and the Enneagram helps us to understand where we start out, and how we can expand into even more.
Listen in as this week’s guest and certified coach, Sarah Carlsen, shares her journey of using the Enneagram to better understand herself, and ultimately helping her clients breakthrough and soar with this powerful tool!
Are you ready to put your skills to work while shifting your perceptions of your “weaknesses”? If so, join me today for this week’s latest episode.
