Isn’t there something sacred about this season? The air gets a little crisper, we see pumpkin spice lattes everywhere, the pace softens (at least a little), and our hearts start to turn toward gratitude and giving.
At Ursula Inc., this month is all about The Great Giveback — our way of celebrating the incredible community of entrepreneurs who not only build businesses but also build people, purpose, and possibility.
Because here’s the truth: When you give, you grow.
It’s one of the great paradoxes of abundance. The more we pour out — whether that’s our time, wisdom, resources, or compassion — the more capacity we create to receive.
And it’s not just spiritual truth — it’s a business truth. Every thriving entrepreneur I’ve ever coached has this in common: they understand that impact fuels income. When your business becomes a channel for service, generosity, and transformation, everything changes.

Whatever it is — don’t underestimate the spiritual ROI of giving. Because when you give from a place of genuine intention, you’re telling the universe, “There is more than enough.”
And that belief — that deep trust in abundance — is the very frequency that brings more of it into your life.
