…you have a vision and dream that comes to life along with new owner energy! That is exactly where my guest this week, Lilin Gabriel, and her husband were shortly before the global pandemic hit.
And when the pandemic arrived, fear rolled in.
Fear that carried with it questions like:
…do they keep the doors open?
…do they move 100% online?
…do they close entirely?
Yet, despite the long list of unknowns Lilin and her husband refused to be backed into a corner with their hands up. Instead, they faced this challenge head on and kept moving forward.
It was through these adjustments lessons were learned, data was collected and early on they saw their biggest jump in revenue ever.
